Getting started with Em Web Portal

Em is a plattform for Family Day Care Services to manage their compliance and reporting. It provides an admin backend in FileMaker Pro that provides many back-office features services need to meet their compliance obligations.

Em Web Portal provides educators with web access to their profile, submissions, resources and vacancies.

Getting started

Educators and Coordinators will receive an invitation to join their team. They can sign up with their email address and password, or choose to use their Google account to sign in.

Features

Em Web Portal provides the following features to help educators and coordinators manage their profile, submissions, resources and vacancies.

1. Profile: Manage your online profile to help promote your service.
2. Submissions: Manage form submissions to your service, and view your submissions history.
3. Resources: Access resources such as policies, procedures, training materials and more.
4. Vacancies: Manage your vacancies and optionally publish these vacancies to the service's public website.
